Cancellation and Returns policy

 

Customer satisfaction is the main priority for WLS Taekwondo. Any goods supplied by WLS Taekwondo can be returned if faulty within the first thirty days of purchase. Any goods returned can be either exchanged for a replacement or a full refund. Any goods supplied correctly and in proper condition but unopened/unused, can be returned for a full refund or exchange within seven days of purchase.

 

Membership fees paid are non refundable.

 

Privacy Policy

 

This privacy policy sets out how WLS Taekwondo uses and protects any information that you give WLS Taekwondo when you use this website.

 

WLS Taekwondo is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

 

WLS Taekwondo may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 20th August 2011.

PCI DSS Compliance

 

WLS Taekwondo is compliant with PCI DSS for all Credit and Debit card purchases. This compliance contains, but is not limited to, the main responsibilities outlined below.

 

Build and maintain a secure network

  • install and maintain a firewall configuration to protect cardholders' data

  • do not use vendor defaults for system passwords or other security action.

 

Protect cardholder data 

  • protect any stored cardholder data

  • encrypt transmission of cardholders' data across open, public networks

  • develop and maintain secure systems and applications

 

Implement strong access control practices

  • limit access to cardholder data to only those who need to know

  • give every person with computer access a unique ID

  • limit physical access to cardholder data

 

Monitor and test your networks on a regular basis

  • track and monitor all access to network resources and cardholder data

  • regularly test security systems and procedures
